There is currently an issue when a member first switches cadence from an OTF ALL OUT/PUSH product to a Core Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly product. When the new payment arrives for the product they switched to it is pushing the member into awaiting acceptance on the coach dashboard and a notification is sent to coach. Please send an email to Techsupport@strongeru.com so that tech can remove the flag and Coach will not need to go through onboarding again.
