We are experiencing an issue with coupon codes causing some active members to be moved back to the Assignment buckets. We are working on a fix now and should have it resolved soon.
In the mean time, coaches can push the members back through or can approve them, and send us an email with the member email address, and we can move them back to active roster for you. :)
